A book makes it good when it has certain qualities to it that makes it exciting. For example for me it’s horror, and drama. I don’t think that some books are better then others because that’s just one person or maple people’s thoughts on the idea. It might be better written and explained but it all goes down to what you, and you alone think about it.

What makes some books better than others?
I think what make some books better than others because they have better backgrounds, characters, developing of characters and feelings, reality or make it seem real, and i also think that “surprise” is the most interesting part of all. One of the best series books i ever read is the “Harry Potter” series. And of course that because this series is so famous that i think everybody know what is is about. And what make this series so memorable is because of description, reality, characters,… and SURPRISE. However this book become a bit bore at the end because the author always make the readers surprise by how a close friend with Harry Potter turn out is his enemy. But it is a good book, and my experience is that no matter how many pages a book is, a good book is always good. lol
